- Location is horrible. Hotel is located near a bunch of low quality bars which brings the next issue. -No kidding about the towing. They will tow your car if you don’t have their “sign” on your car. There is not enough signage to trigger the need of a permit for the property. -Cleaning is not done daily. -Not enough hot water. It’s a hit or miss -Breakfast is beyond basic. It is free

3 of the 4 hotel representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not even look at me when asking for assistance. I selected this hotel because every one I have visited have been amazing. Unfortunately I will never stay at this location nor recommend it. Your staff was a poor representation of the Hilton hotels. I asked for towels for the pool at 3pm and was told they were all dirty. That evening asked for an extra pillow and was told none were available. There was no “let me check to see”, “sure let me look into that for you” it was just no. And these requests were simple and not out of the scope of what a hotel should always have. I cannot believe each and every towel in the build was dirty. And if that is the case you need to hire someone new. There were 4 people in the pool total. That was us. When I asked for the pillow the gentleman didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Under his breath just said no we don’t have any. Extremely dissatisfied and will reach out to report on google for other to be completely aware of the horrible service.

Glass window in living room was broken. 1/4 roll of paper towel was left with none to replace. Shower was not hot. Toilet didn't flush. Hotel is right across from the nightclub. Can hear the music in your room. When we approached staff this morning about our concerns, the front desk lady acted like she could care less about our concerns.

The rooms are great! The service was great minus the breakfast. Rooms are well kept, clean, and modern. Bathroom is a nice size. The beds and pillows are so comfy. I slept so good. The location is nice and very convenient with a lot of restaurant options nearby and they deliver as well. Highly recommend it. My only complaint is the breakfast. It is sad and not even worth getting up for. It's better if you go somewhere else for breakfast.
